The M-Tac Plate Carrier Cuirass Tiger FAST Elite represents the next evolution in personal armor systems, combining advanced ballistic protection, rapid-release functionality, and lightweight modular construction for demanding tactical operations.
Designed to accommodate Large ESAPI (USA) ballistic plates measuring 13.3 × 10.2 in (33.7 × 26 cm) with cut upper corners, the carrier provides a secure, ergonomic platform for military, law enforcement, and professional users.
The defining feature of the Cuirass Tiger FAST Elite is its innovative two-piece cummerbund. The lower section integrates a UHMWPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene) ballistic insert that meets STANAG 2920 fragmentation protection standards with a V50 rating of approximately 2,016 ft/s (614.5 m/s). The upper section combines Tegris® thermoplastic composite with Cordura® 500D, creating a lightweight, rigid MOLLE-compatible platform for mounting mission-essential equipment.
Both the cummerbund and shoulder straps are equipped with premium Duraflex® quick-release buckles by National Molding, allowing the carrier to be donned or removed quickly in emergency situations while maintaining exceptional durability under heavy loads.
Constructed from Cordura® 500D, the carrier offers outstanding abrasion resistance and long-term reliability. The interior features 3D mesh padding that improves airflow, cushions the load, and enhances comfort during extended wear, while ergonomically shaped shoulder straps evenly distribute weight.
The front panel incorporates a laser-cut hook-and-loop MOLLE platform for modular accessories and identification patches. Above it is a compact YKK AquaGuard® zippered admin pocket, ideal for carrying identification, keys, maps, or other small essentials.
A removable triple magazine placard is mounted to the lower front of the carrier. It securely retains three rifle magazines and is additionally locked in place with Woojin® buckles to prevent accidental separation from the hook-and-loop platform. Adjustable elastic retention and repositionable cord loops allow users to fine-tune magazine retention, while elastic side loops accommodate chem lights, markers, or similar accessories.
The rear panel features a full MOLLE platform and a reinforced emergency drag handle, which remains secured with hook-and-loop panels until needed.
